Returns/Refunds
You have 7 calendar days to make a return request from the date you received the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have accepted your return. At this time, we will provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
We are not able to issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to providing the wrong shipping address on the order. Please double check that the address you entered is correct when placing the order. If the item gets returned to us, we can arrange to have this re-shipped within 20 calendar days of receiving the item back.
As our products are made to order, we are unable to accomadate returns/exchanges on items ordered in error. Since we offer many variants with our products, please be careful when selecting your size, colour, hat type etc. when placing your order.
Damages, Defective Product and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item. We will work to investigate and correct the issue right away. Please include a photo of the item to help speed up the process.
Exchanges
Our products are made to order therefore, we do not handle exchanges. The best way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the return rules/process above by making a return request within 7 calander days.
